It is of high build quality and is ideal for light line presentations thanks to a light-wire size 1 hook. The wire trailer keep does a good job of keeping your trailer in place, especially when paired with a Z-Man Elaztech soft plastic. While older versions of this jig had a weed guard most anglers deemed too stiff, newer versions seem to be shipping with a lighter-wire guard than enables a good hook set ratio.
Overall, this is a finesse jig that will help you get bass in the boat on those tough, slow days.
